Once I am logged in where can I find my DS's high school's specific admissions list?
Don't laugh! |
| Link that says -Colleges i’m thinking about or -Colleges I’m applying to |
| sorry i misunderstood the question. |

You have to create the lists. So, typically you start with a "Colleges I am thinking about list."
By senior year, you can create a "colleges I am applying to list." They don't migrate automatically from one to the other. |

I am guessing that despite your somewhat confusing request what you are looking for are the specific data points for applicants from your child's high school to each college and whether they were accepted or rejected. These are called "scattergrams" (and they can be very addictive, but also somewhat misleading in that they don't tell you who has a hook--legacy, urm--or who is full-pay or, in the case of our DC's school, who applied early).
Once you log in, click the "colleges" tab. Under "college research," go to scattergrams. That hopefully will give you what you need (if, in fact, this is what you're looking for). |
| Ok thank you for interpreting my very poorly worded request. I don't see scattergrams but I do see "college maps." I can see where kids are attending but don't see accepted or rejected just how many kids are attending which schools. |

That's odd - the "scattergrams" are right beneath the "college maps" on Naviance. I would ask your guidance counselor. It's possible that your school doesn't give you full access to the Naviance data (although that would be really too bad because it's incredibly useful).
I find that sometimes, for no apparent reason, the scattergrams aren't available. I assume that it's when Naviance is being updated or something like that. But sometimes I have to check a few times before the scattergram info shows up for particular schools. |
Once you select a college to view in Naviance, click on the admissions tab. That's where scattergrams are for FCPS. |
