She probably had her makeup professionally done for the photo shoot. Hopefully, she learned some tips. She does have the distinctive look of someone who dropped a lot of weight very quickly.

I can't believe no-one posted the back of Ivanka's awful faux lehenga dress. I believe whoever said it looks like a home ec project gone wrong - she couldn't even be bothered to use silver straps!!!
