No. Since most users are anonymous, its impossible to distinguish. I could create a group in which anonymous users could not post or read messages, but any logged in user could participate. Further, I could create a forum in which only specific users could participate, but all of those users would have to be logged in.
I'll kick around the idea of having a forum that is limited to selected, logged in, users. Maybe you would earn entry after 100 posts or something and a history of good behavior.

That's a good idea. I've seen it on other forums. Kind of a veteran board. I don't know how popular it would be with so few people logging in to post.
