No link. I checked online and no one seems to be reporting that. I asked for a link. You deleted my request for a link but left the comment made about the shooter being white. Why?

You pride yourself on fairness and claim you delete unsubstantiated claims. The claim this guy is white is not substantiated with a link. I asked for that link and you chose to delete that post. Perhaps it's you that's hoping the shooter was indeed white. You seem to be the racist here - I was just asking for a link as I could not find one.

I later found a blurry photo of the guy being led off by police. He looks white so perhaps that's where the statement came from. How hard would it have been for someone to simply lead me to that photo since I couldn't find it, or for you to allow them to?

It is extremely telling that when a school shooting occurs, your focus is on the race of the shooter. I can just imagine the the conclusions you would draw based on nothing but race, all the time denying that you have a racist cell in your body.

I’m sorry? I wasn’t the one that posted the shooter’s race. Seems to me he draw those conclusions. I was merely asking for a link. Do you really think your game is not seen or do you simply believe you are smarter and it doesn’t matter?

Maybe everyone should do some research?

In a country that has more white people than other races, it is expected that most of anything are white, when looking at sheer numbers.

This is the same old tired thing that people trot out in terms of welfare. Yes, more white people are on welfare, but based on their percentage of the population, they are not disproportionately represented, just as they don't seem to be disproportionately represented in mass shootings when looking at the percentage of the population.

The butt hurt among you folks is amazing. The fact that two kids are dead and the only issue that matters to you is the race of the shooter is truly sad.

I wouldn’t have thought it was necessary to explain all of this, but I will. When the OP of this thread posted her request for a link, she replied to the wrong message. She didn’t reply to the post saying that the shooter was white. Instead, she replied to a response to that post saying that only thoughts and prayers would be necessary in that case (ironically, or maybe predictably, exactly what Trump tweeted yesterday). So, the OP of this thread was literally asking for a link showing that only thoughts and prayers would be necessary. That didn’t make much sense. Subsequently, the OP of this thread posted a second message saying, “still no link showing that the shooter is white”. Given that no request for such a link had technically been made, that post also didn’t make much sense. So, I removed both of them. By the time I got around to doing this, it was pretty clear the shooter was white in any case.

As posters in that thread predicted, we have already moved on from those killings with nothing more than thoughts and prayers. We willingly sacrifice our children in exchange for unfettered access to guns. We don’t even bother to discuss our acceptance of this. But, because one white person’s feelings were ruffled along the way, this discussion continues. It is a perverse reality in which we live.
