One month to get back in shape - what would you do?

I have a month between the end of my current job (Feb) and the start of my next job (March). I'd like to try to use this time to get back in shape. My DS is almost a year old and I'm still carrying about 10 pounds of pregnancy weight. Any ideas on how I can maximize my time? I love running, yoga, and indoor cycling, but haven't had an opportunity to do much of any of these since my son was born. Would also like to use this time to learn some new recipes and get back in the habit of meal planning.
