Park City next week - recommendations?

We are going to Park City next week, staying in Canyons Village. Any tips - restaurants, activities (beyond skiing), other?

We will be there during the tail end of Sundance. We don't have any Sundance tix, but apparently it is possible to get last minute same-day tix. Anyone done that? Any tips?

Fireside Dining at Deer Valley is fun. They don’t do it every night though. I also like the Goldener Hirsch for dinner.

Tour the Olympic Park one day.

We forked over the money to do bobsledding at Olympic Park. It was crazy. Absolutely don't regret it.

Legends Bar & Grill is decent and kid friendly.
