Recommendation for travel agency/tour company for Italy?

| Can anyone recommend a travel agency/tour group that specializes in private tours to Italy? If anyone has used a tour company they found via the internet, how did that work out and what was the company? Has anyone dealt with Dragonfly Tours? Firebird Tours? |

| We used Ciao Bambino for an extended family trip to Italy (Tuscany) with lots of logistics (private cooking class, big villa for 13, farm tours, etc.). They were great and had a good sense of good family-friendly options. |
