Any feedback on Royal Haciendas in River Maya?

Anyone been there? We’re looking for condo type accomodation for our upcoming trip to Cancun. Need separate living / bedroom arrangements and a kitchen. Royal haciendas came up and send ok, anyone has any good recommendations? Preferably with nice calm beach.
