Trader Joe's Sauces?

Anonymous
Do you have favorite sauces from Trader Joe's that don't contain high fructose corn syrup, low in sodium, etc. to mix with a protein, whole grain, and some veggies for quick meals?

Thanks.

How long can that keep in the refrigerator?

The Cilantro salad dressing is really good.
If you buy the red TJ quinoa, there is a recipe on the back using corn (use TJ roasted frozen corn - so good), black beans, tomatoes and quinoa. You put the dressing on at the end.

I used to make the dressing from scratch but the bottled one is just as good.

I don't think TJ sauces necessarily have HFCS (I don't recall seeing it at any rate) but many of them are really high in sugar. I am a careful label reader and I put a lot of TJ sauces and dressings back on the shelf because of high sugar and pro-inflammatory/poor-quality vegetable oils (soy, canola, safflower, etc.).
