Honestly, I'd start with the food first. Working out makes you hungry, which can make you cranky as you're reducing your caloric intake.
I'm not saying that you'll never exercise. Just hold off or do something simple like walk briskly around your block or office building or a treadmill for 20-30 min.
I love Weight Watchers. You can eat ANYTHING. There are no quick fixes and you do have to learn habits that will stick with you for the rest of your life. The new freestyle program has tons of zero point foods.
There's a fabulous group on Sat mornings at 8:30am with Wendy in the Roundhouse Theater. It's just inside the Wayne Ave parking garage.
