I have some serious knots in my upper back and shoulders. I need a good deep tissue massage. Any suggestions??

Other choices are: Ivo at De Luca in DuPont Circle, or Erna Bruestle on Wsiconsin in Chevy Chase, DC.

Finding a good person who can really get the stuff out is tough.
