Restaurants/lounges with good champagne cocktails

I have a friend coming to town who loves nothing more than good champagne/champagne cocktails (think Kir Royales, bellinis, etc.) Any recommendations on a good place to go for some nice champagne cocktails? Any type of lounge or restaurant recommendations are welcome - DC preferred, food is secondary to the drinks. Thanks!

Blue Duck Tavern, the bar part. I don't know about champagne "cocktails" per se, but they have great champagne by the glass and a great atmosphere for a night out catching up with a friend.
