Casual work environment - can you wear these peek shoulder tops?

I see plenty of women wearing them at the office but does that make it ok? Daily jeans type of office environment.

The cold shoulder/shoulder cut outs? If that's it I vote no.

Hell to the no.

I have a dress with shoulder cutouts and I wear it on Fridays (casual day). Another employee has blouses with them and she wears them during the week.

Can you? Probably. Should you? No.

Absolutely not.

I work in a law firm in San Francisco. People routinely wear jeans, sneakers, thick leggings (not work-out leggings), and flannel shirts with nicer jeans. While nobody would wear a tank top people do wear sleeveless shirts.

I think a cold shoulder top is a little too "flirty" for a work environment.

No, no, no, no, and no.

No. I do wear jeans to the office (but not with holes!).

You should never, ever wear them.

I agree with this. In terms of coverage, though, it is (MOST of them) the same as sleeveless. Not tank tops. Can you wear sleeveless in the summer?
They certainly don't present as well as a tasteful sleeveless blouse and you should be throwing a blazer on over both in any case. The image they project is certainly more questionable!

I agree.

We can under the rules.

But why would you want to?

No one over the age of 25 or under 18 should wear those tops.

They're trashy, ugly, and very unprofessional.
