Does she like chocolate? If so, Max Brenner.

Also, anything in Eataly could be fun.

Ninja New York for Japanese/sushi.

Thanks for the recs! Stanton Social looks like it would be perfect and their french onion soup dumplings would be right up her alley but if I calculate 2 small plates per person plus a drink we're talking 60+ pp and it doesn't look like it'll be filling... Rethinking this...
I personally want to go to Baohaus, so also good thinking.
We did Ninja NY and Eataly before so looking for something different.

I liked Veselka and that it was open 24/7. The prices were reasonable and the food was filling.

We loved Omakase Room by Tatsu. If she likes sushi and is adventurous, she might love it. The sushi chef makes a tasting menu for you, so you don't have to worry about ordering - just enjoy.

It's a very small sushi bar in a pretty cool neighborhood. It feels like you're in a secret sushi bar in Kyoto.

I suggested Stanton social, if you want something fun and maybe not as adventures but definitely a lower price point Jakes Pickle may work for you.
