Wear a hoodie and stick some of those hot hands packs in the pouch pocket. I also have the hot hands toe one in my slippers. My quality of life has highly improved and I will now be able to survive two more days. You're welcome.

So one room is freezing(like in the 40’s) the other room is 85.

One year I went for a “walk” in sub zero temps. Had serious cabin fever. It was so icy I just walked in circles in the driveway for 10 mins.

I have since learned that earphones and meditation tracks on my phone work wonders too. They are just a lot louder than I’m used to and I need to step away sometimes.

I brought an electric throw and lay with it. If they say anything I say I have a slow metabolism/ thyroid issue
