feds: where do I find the minimum time periods between steps?

I remember seeing somewhere the minimum time required to move from GS15-1 to GS15-2, GS15-2 to GS15-3, and so on. I know the first couple steps are one year, but I believe the ones after GS15-4 are more. Can someone remind me where I can find this information?
