Car lease question

If you lease a car and took some business deduction as a small business owner, if you buy car at the end of the lease term do you have to pay government the tax deductions back?

My brother says his accountant says yes you have to pay back.

My sister says no. She also did business deductions on lease and bought car at end with no added tax penalty.
