Really would love to find a fun gift that isn't a video game. I am so sick of video games, but that is a topic for another thread!

Mine is getting nerf blaster/darts, a mechanized technic lego set, fancyNike sneakers (bought on the cheap on a 50% black Friday sale), laser tag, some baseball stuff and of course, video games.
What is he into OP? What about his own tool bag or camping type stuff (sleeping bag, flashlight, etc)? |

OP here. Thanks for the suggestions. Really great ideas! We had purchased some sports video games, soccer goal and some technic legos. Glad to see this matches to what is popular right now.
Really liked the idea above of "Tinker Box" but couldn't find any recent information online. Any leads PP? |

DH just bough Laser X laser tag gun set -- it isn't exactly a video game, but it is something that your DS can play outside with friends or solo at home with the tower (sold separately). The reviews look really good...it is sold at Target, Toys R Us, Child's Play. We bought the long-range laser guns.
