First time stimming... question for the experienced!

I have x follicles/eggs that are above some threshold size counted at day 4 of stimming. I was hoping for more like 2x eggs at retrieval. If I stimulate for 4-6 more days, might more follicles make it?

The general rule is that the day 2 antral follicle count is close to the number of eggs retrieved. I'm sure it's possible though.

I always have more follicles at the end than I did at Day 2 baseline. I also always have more retrieved than what we see by follicle count. I have heard others on here say that more can pop up along the way. I suppose it varies for each person.

Yeah, I had double at retrieval (30) what they saw early on. BUT I had a lot so some were “hiding.”

I have DOR but in 4 stim cycles I always start w 3-5 very small follicles but have retrieved 13,12,10,12 - I joke w my RE that I’m a grower not a show-er
