Nanny cost?

We will come and live in the SF bay area soon and I was wondering how much it cost to hire a full time live out nanny?
I was thinking $25 an hour minimum, am I right ?

This. I'm in East Bay, and the cost is lower. We average (with guaranteed overtime) a little over $20/hr + bonus for a nanny who has been with us 3.5 years. We started her at about $17/hr, which was what most other people we interviewed asked for and more than what she asked for.
