And also, you can flag bigoted posts and Jeff will delete them usually. You won't find call-out culture millenial level moderation (eg nobody is going to delete a post just because it says transwoman instead of trans_woman) but Jeff will delete the worst studf.

Depends on how you define those terms, right?

For some, suggesting that a 6'4 bearded XY who has spent 40 years as a man does not know what it is to be a woman just because he decides he considers himself one is "transphobia." For others, it's just common sense.

This happened with a coworker except he was well into his 50s when he transitioned and very hostile toward "femiNazis." He threatened to have me disciplined because I forgot and called him "Bob," even thought I'd been working with Bob for 10 years and he had just changed to Barb.

I'm going to lock this thread which is essentially turning into the sort of transphobia about which the OP is asking. OP, the reason there are so many homophobic and transphobic is that unfortunately there are a lot of homophobic and transphobic posters.
