| Hi- so far I am ok on not running for botox (though I can see why now being in my 40s) but is there a treatment for veiny hands- this only happened with age- and it just bugs me.. any successes? thanks |
| Fat injections on the back of your hands? I swear I heard of this before somewhere....lemme try google. |

There are lots of things that docs can do including fat injections and laser treatments. You can also use Retin-A which stimulates collagen production.
I am not yet at that stage but yet not really happy with the backs of my hands. Now using StriVectin-HC Ultra-Concentrate for the Hands and starting to see a difference. |
| I always thought veiny hands meant you were slender. |

Don't know what to tell you - I actually really like mine. Seriously, I've had vascular hands since I was a kid. My mom does, my grandma did, and my great grandmother did. I look at my hands and see my heritage.
Sorry it bothers you. Good luck finding a solution. |

PPP- lol- thanks not sure but that could be true though as a teen I don't remember seeing veins that much- PP- I was asking since it obviously bothers me- good that you are happy.

OP, I'm the same way. I actually get weak-kneed sometimes if I look at my hands and actually start thinking about *veins* and needles and before you know it, I'm white as a sheet! Veins really creep me out and to see them like some vascular road map on my hands makes me feel faint sometimes!
I have rx strength Retin-A cream for my face, and my derm recommended using it on my hands and decolletage to plump up collagen in those areas too. I've seen a big improvement since using it, but there are some times of day when it's more pronounced on my hands - not sure why. Tonight it's very smooth and non-veiny but earlier today they were bulging. Blech. |
| 21:59 here. OP, what do you weigh? Are you tall and thin? I wonder if that has anything to do with it, being long and thin. My hands are longish too, and I'm fairly thin and light-complected. |
