Lots of websites. Some great books out there as well. I really liked "The infertility cure" and "How to get pregnant".

As far as acronyms go, yes, Resolve has a great list: https://resolve.org/infertility-101/infertility-faq/infertility-acronyms/. Fertility Friend has a smaller list with a lot of the most common abbreviations, too: https://www.fertilityfriend.com/Faqs/Common-Abbreviations.html.
