Applying for a job at AU, entry level. I read on their website that they value flex jobs, and telecommuting options.
Does anyone know the reality of this or have any insight? |

| It depends on your unit. I flex 50% of the time and it’s not an issue. I have colleagues in other units who flex 1 day a week if lucky. Feel free to ask about it during your interview. |
