Extra 3 days in Cancun - where would you go with your Kids?

Due to us trying to get a cheap flight (with 5 of us it matters!) we ended up with 3 extra days to spare in Cancun, Mexico area. (We are spending previous week with family south of Cancun.) I've been looking at hotels in Cancun and all inclusives which we generally don't like but haven't ever tried. Iberostar is out because there are 5 of us. Would you have any place to recommend or avoid? Is Cancun beach still a wreck? THanks!

We were at the Ritz Carlton in Cancun last winter and they had repaired the beach to almost the pre-hurricane state (we had been there prior). It's a great resort and family friendly, but I'm not sure if there is anything all inclusive. Have fun wherever you choose!
