No young white millennial dude has been accused thus far in the recent spate of accusations. So, I believe that it has been happening for generations in White America. It does seem that it is the cultural norm in America because it is the older generation here that is doing the raping, pussy grabbing, sodemizing young boys and raping young girls. This is vastly different here than in poor countries, because in the poor countries the elite and rich women are protected to quite an extent. Here?
