Gift to Preschool Teachers for Thankgiving?

Anonymous
Hi all,
Are you planning to give something to the teachers for Thanksgiving? If yes, could you share some ideas?
Thanks!

Good God no! Stop that crazy talk.

I teach preschool and have never gotten a thanksgiving gift.

No, I just do Christmas and birthdays.

No. December holidays and end of year.

OP if you really want to give a gift, my suggestion is this. Get some writing paper. Have your child draw a pumpkin or turkey or other Thanksgiving symbol on the top. In the rest of the space, hand write a happy Thanksgiving message or a note of appreciation.

Ugh. No.

Thanksgiving is not a gift giving holiday. At all.

I’m a teacher and even I think this is crazy. Christmas is coming up - if you want to give a gift, save it for then. Don’t add unnecessary stress to your life

No presents, not when my DS was in preschool, and not now that I’m a preschool teacher. Absolutely not necessary.

One of my students brought us flowers yesterday (one bouquet for the classroom, not a bouquet for each of us) and told us he was thankful for us. That was sweet.
