Local FET costs without monitoring

Any idea what CFA charges? My insurance covers monitoring and bloodwork. They even covered the ultrasound part of the procedure. However the rest of the procedure was covered by my secondary insurance so I don't know if the clinic would have taken the amount for the ultrasound ? I won't have the secondary insurance next year so I'll be OOP for the FET.
