I bought a pair of levis denizen jeans at Kohls for $27. This is bugging me because it's more than I would usually spend. So how much do you spend on a pair of jeans? I usually spend about $20. I should add that I wear jeans everyday in the winter time.
$8 at the thrift store -- when I'm feeling spendy. If I looked harder, I could find them for less.
I try to keep it under $200.

I spend about that much on quality designer jeans I buy second-hand, either on eBay or in thrift stores. I never buy full price, and specifically for jeans, the manufacturing (dyeing and sandblasting) of which has polluted entire rivers in China, I never buy new. |
Your cheapskate tendency is causing you stress. The $7 extra bucks you spent isn't worth creating a thread about. |
$150
$50.
Whatever they are at Old Navy.
Anywhere from $8 to $35. I buy brand new. Yes, you can get Levi's new for $8, if you get lucky - keep a watch on clearance items.
under $100 at Eddie Bauer...I think they're usually around $60 on sale. I seldom wear jeans and don't own any at the moment. I donated them last year when I realized I don't wear them enough to justify the drawer space.

I normally get mine at Nordstrom Rack or during the Anniversary Sale, so it's usually under $150.
Recently, I've paid over $200 for a few pairs b/c I really liked them and I was sick of only getting them at Rack, after that particular style has been out for months. Honestly, you do you, but IDK how you can be that stressed out about $7 that it's causing you to post to a message board about it. Give up Starbucks for 2 days and boom, done. Or some other similar extravagance. If you really like the jeans and wear jeans daily, I don't think you should be worried about seven dollars. |
I find deals at Macys and pay between $30-45.
Not Your Daughter's Jeans - on line around $95
Anyone who spends more than $25 on jeans needs to lose their job and income for a few years. This will help them re-set their priorities
I’ve recently discovered Banana Republic Jeans fit me perfectly, so I buy them at the factory store. If I wait for a sale, I can get them for about $35.
