I was unaware that Danny Masterson is a Scientologist. I grew up in a different very secretive international cult in which there was a lot of child abuse (including sexual abuse). All matters were resolved within the community, and it was against the rules to take internal matters to the police. Some situations did end up in court but only because ex members and relatives of members initiated the process. I have seen how almost impossible it can be to bring members of such secretive cults to justice, so it's not hard to believe that Scientology squashed the allegations and silenced the accusers.

Well they should ditch the show because it's poorly written.

I do believe in innocent until proven guilty, that it's not completely fair to judge someone on rumor, and famous people can be targeted by loons, however I have a huge mistrust of Scientology and their ability to quash opposition. Hopefully if there was wrong doing it gets proven in court and the victims get justice. Then karma does it's work,

Danny, his brother Chris (from Malcolm in the Middle) and his sister Alanna (The Walking Dead) are all $cientologists - I think they were born into it. Danny co-opted Laura Prepon also.

A problem with the trend of allegations is that they depend on the person who is accused to confess. So far, the people who confessed have been punished and have fallen from grace, while the people that just deny everything seem to be getting away with it.

That being said, there are multiple allegations against Masterson. It's not just an isolated "he said she said" situation. Once you've got more women accusing you than Homer Simpson has fingers on his right hand, it's hard to believe that they're all lying.

He only got away with not being charged for 20 years because Scientology controls a lot of people within the LAPD.


When he got fired from Netflix, the church of Scientology put out a statement denying the charges,NOT a lawyer. Knew right then he was guilty.
