Contact the teacher immediately. At our school you have to submit a form and fee via the teacher. Is this for the district honors orchestra audition that's coming up soon? You may have missed the deadline for that one. If you're referring to a band audition, I don't know. I'd email the teacher now.

Son's orchestra director sent an email about auditions on 9/28 and forms and fee were due on 10/11.
