It hurts to sit! Has anyone else experienced this? |
I actually experienced it at around 16 weeks. Never really found out why. It was just REALLY sore for maybe a couple weeks. Hurt to sit, bend over, turn at the waist, basically move. It just kind of faded. |
I'm 33 weeks and I've had a sore tailbone since the first trimester. Its annoying, but I just have to remember not to put any pressure on it - hardest during certain exercise and sex. I hear its pretty common though. |
It is common, but you don't have to suffer with it throughout pregnancy (it gets worse - at least for me it did). I started going to a chiropractor which has helped SO MUCH! I use Mariella Young in Rockville (301-770-9601) because she specializes in pregnancy and is certified in the Webster technique. Seeing a chiropractor is also a good idea to make sure your pelvis is aligned for childbirth. |
I totally had this. It started a little earlier, and went away by about 14 weeks. I tried yoga to help and maybe it did, but not much. |
oh yes! hang in there. |
