Resume question - how do I ID former employer with new name

Worked for many years for a non profit - organization changed names and I left just a few months after. How should I list on my resume? Was there for a chunk of my career. If you google old name, the Wiki page does not indicate it has a new name.
Getting back in job market, but stumped on how to finesse on resume. TIA. |
