| So if you do a quick Facebook search for Omar Helmy you will see his moving sale. If you total up all his sales the past few days he is totalling around $6000. I pray someone in power is reading this and can stop him from fleeing the country or at the minimum seize the money and redistribute to the victims. If you look at the address of Omar Helmy it is the same as Amr Elrahimy. If you look at the profile , its the owner of Optimum Construction. If you look at the photos it is the inside of his mansion. Please someone step in before he's gone. |

I did, at least about the moving sale but this is the first I've heard of the expat to duba groupi. Omar Helmy ot Amr Elrahimy did spend alot of our money in that airbnb venture in Dubai already. It wouldn't surprise me if thats where all our money is being hidden. |

| Meanwhile, brother Sameh Elrahimy, Sam Sam or Sameh Raouf of the Go Pro Construction or GPC Limited Liability Company fame is again being slapped by a DC judge. Once again, being found in contempt of court for not complying with Court Orders to pay the customer he is suing (yes, paying the customer he is suing). Judge is also requiring them pay the legal fees of the other lawyers having to deal with this. Thus, the cost just keeps going up. Anyone thinking of doing business with Go Pro or GPC should read this case. When a judge writes things like a certification by Sameh Elrahimy as being "willfully false" you know things are bad as judges typically do not use language that is being used in this case. He has another 30 day clock to cough up the money he claims he does not have but the judge is not buying any of it. Good luck! We will be watching! ...and where do you get these lawyers? they are constantly doing things that help the other side. |

| For all those dragging GPC and other family members that I personally know you all are corrupt . Your business was with optimum construction. Throwing family members under the bus because they were affiliated with optimum is just horrible . The only thing that Mr Samy did right was being a good brother . Y'all r disprectful bunch of internet soldiers that want to spread rumors . His family got nothing to do with it . I get your anger but that's bullying at its finest. You drag a man that helped a family member . Stalking his cases when your problem is with optimum. I bet non of you had one contract with go pro . Not one contract company |

wow, over a year and 122,000 views later someone stands up for Sameh. About time, where have you been? However, lets unpack your comments. First the title of the thread is "Warning for those looking for a contractor" and therefore the references to Go Pro Construction and other companies named in the thread are all on topic. While there are many other instances that can be looked at, the DC case alone brings all of the families hurt by Optimum into the discussion of Go Pro. Read the court documents! Optimum Construction worked on this construction site for Sameh. As stated, Optimum was not paid and there was no expectation for being paid. Therefore, who paid the Optimum staff? Yes, "we" all paid for Optimum staff to work for Sameh as our funds did not go to our projects. Read the case, read Sameh and Omar's own words. Thank you for saying we all have the right to be angry, this means you are aware of what Optimum did to so many. What you are not saying is how are all of these court cases are wrong? Is the DC judge lying? Is the workers comp insurance company lying? Is Toyota finance lying? Was the IRS lying? If no warning is needed in the thread on Go Pro, please let us know why? I applaud you for speaking up. We all would like to hear the other side, if there is one. No one has a problem with you speaking up and we would all benefit by having someone share a perspective that is different. This is what happens in a forum like this. |

| Yeah Sameh Raouf is not a "good dude". He worked and abandoned quite a few projects when he was sub contracting GPC to Omar Helmy aka Amr Elrahimy during the Optimum Construction days. Just because he treated you well does not means he treated the Optimum Construction victims the same way. His hands are dirty too and now that he doesn't have a 2nd company to leach money off of it's not surprising the lawsuits are popping up.... if I was a GPC costumer I would be pretty nervous right now. |

| It breaks my heart mhic swept the lawsuits under the rug. If this forum had existed in 2022 we would have been saved all this pain and suffering. Now all I can do is hope that others see this post and avoid the whole lot of them. Omar Amr Elrahimy Raouf Helmy Sameh Sam, all of these thieves and fraudsters. Like the other poster mentioned with all these lawsuits on them you can clearly see something was wrong but back in 2022 there was so much paid positive press we were just marks for the big con. Hopefully GPC or GoPro or Optimum Construction or FKB are forever tied with what they did to so many of us. |
