Would you mind sharing how much you paid for IVF WITH ICSI? I know the cost varies on where you live. Was your first IVF successful? TIA.
|
| At GW it was 15,800 for IVF with ICSI and PGS biopsy. Our first cycle was not successful and we're now on round 2. |
| At SGF, it's $7,500 per cycle, not including medications (roughly $4-$5K) and ICSI is another $2000. Assisted hatching I believe is another $2000. My first IVF was successful. |
| Dominion natural cycle. It was around$5k including assisted hatching. |
| At GW, it was around $14k. Did freeze-all and was successful. |
| For those that had ICSI done as well, was it because of male infertility factor? Thank you for all the responses so far. |

Columbia fertility in DC: $18,000 global fee including ICSI and transfer (If you dont get pregnant 3rd cycle is $9k and they credit you back price of transfer if you dont get that far).
Meds on the internet: $4-$5k from Freedom and Alexander Twin pharmacies Practice approach: You have a Dr and you see him/her at each monitoring appt., the retrieval and transfer. Flexible monitoring, just come in whenever time works for you within their AM window. Penn Medicine in Philadelphia: $8,500 global fee including ICSI and transfer Meds at Penn pharmacy: $2,000 (OOP price for each Menopur vial was $11 and each 900IU Follistim/Gonal-F pen was $250. Must be treated by Penn clinician to get that price.) Practice approach: Penn has a rotating team so you see whichever Dr is on call (including for retrieval and transfer). Set monitoring appts for which they fill-in times from earliest to latest. For example I had a few 7:45 Sunday appts. and a few 9am weekday appts. |
I did Nc and it was required. No male factor. |
We were unexplained, cycle at GW. |
| I was also at SG for my first three transfers. What a PP posted about the cost is similar to my experience but I wasn't successful and transferred to GW for this last FET. Hopefully I won't have to do another cycle if this doesn't work out. |
