Anyone going with YOGA daily? Do you think Yoga Keeps you healthy? What are your observations after doing Yoga?

There are so many different types of yoga. I do vinyasa yoga, but if you're looking to be healthy, you should do yoga in addition to some cardio, and possibly some weight training.

It relieves stress, makes you more limber, makes the burps and farts come out.

Do ashtanga. It makes you incredibly fit.
