What kind of mental health professional do I need?

I need help. Not meds, just someone to talk to. Dealing with life changes and stress management. Where do I begin?

You need a therapist. Psychologist or social worker. NOT a psychiatrist.

Stress is a Big problem. During my school days face lots of Stress then some one suggest me to start Meditation.

I'm finally admitting this is going to take more than a good friend, a good book, a weekend away.... this is not easy for me.

Does your office have an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)? If you're new to this and your company has one, I'd start there to find a therapist/counselor. That's what you need. Hugs. You're on the right path.

A psychologist will help you develop the skills to manage this. Look for a psychologist, esp one with expertise in CBT. This is a great step, OP.
