| Does your office have an Employee Assistance Program (EAP)? If you're new to this and your company has one, I'd start there to find a therapist/counselor. That's what you need. Hugs. You're on the right path. |
| A psychologist will help you develop the skills to manage this. Look for a psychologist, esp one with expertise in CBT. This is a great step, OP. |
