F: Washer/Dryer (there is no way in hell I'm running to a basement or down the street)
M: Central Air (Can't survive without central)
K: Dishwasher (I can do my own damned dishes)

I live in NY and can do without central air. I am fine with window units. I cannot live without washer/dryer or dishwasher.

I live in Brooklyn and central air, what's that? Honestly switch this to outdoor space and I'd be all over it.

Our current apt has w/d, and dw. I'd give up the dw in a second for a little slab if concrete

F: Washer/dryer - It's annoying to drag your laundry to basement or laundromat.
M: AC- It gets super humid and hot in the summer.
K: Dishwasher- It takes 5-15 minutes to hand wash dishes, even for a whole family.

Definitely K the dishwasher. Hand washing is easy. Marry the w/d- this is a long term comment, not a fling. F the AC because while I don't need him all the time, when he comes around he gives me life.
