Good. Since the pathetic revolving door that is our court system in the city can't be bothered to keep dangerous repeat offenders locked up, this piece of news is a step in the right direction.

Too bad DC didn't want to take it all the way to the USSC. The obvious loss there would've set national precedent and helped overturn illegal gun bans everywhere in the country.
