I saw this house being built around 2000 and I drive by it everyday on Bradley Blvd. What is everybody's opinion on it?

| I like the house. If you have the money for it, its a nice house. I am not sure about the location though. Also, in that price range, there are many other houses that I like more than this one. There is enough of a clientele in this area for houses like this. Not a bad house at all. |

| Ok, so the positive is the amount of space. The negative is that the finishes are either bland or ugly (and sometimes both). |

It's not terribly ugly. But for that price point and considering what it could have been, yes, it's quite disappointing. |

That's exactly what I was going to say. For something built in 2001 it looks very 1986. For $2.6M you can do a LOT better. |
