Has anyone gotten up and physically felt like their period was coming soon, like in the next 1-2 days, and still got their BFP that cycle?
Obviously, I woke up feeling like that this morning. That general icky feeling in my stomach and back. Today is CD29 so really I could be starting any time. I just really thought we got it this time. I had a lot of the same symptoms I had with DC and that I never had with my period before. I'm feeling sad and hoping I'm wrong. |
| Yup. I had lots of cramping for several weeks after getting my BFP, and that's what always happens when I'm about to get my period, too. Why don't you take a test and see? If your period is due soon, you should get a + if you're pregnant. |

Yeah, I'm trying to hold out til Friday. So hard!

First time around it took me several days to realize that how I was feeling might not mean my period was coming and take the test (bfp). Second time around I was just as sure that I was getting my period, but I got wise quicker (just a couple of days before testing).
Good luck! |
| I felt like I was going to get my period for 2 weeks. I was not trying to get pregnant, so didn't test right away...but now I have an 8yo. |
| Yes. With my first pregnancy, there was absolutely no difference between the symptoms I was having before I tested--cramps, mostly--and those I used to have right before my period. We weren't trying, so I had no idea I was pregnant. I tested only because I was four days late and my husband was getting nervous! |

OP here!
I ended up testing yesterday morning and I think I saw a very faint line. But I have line eyes, so I don't know. Hubby could see it too. Still no period. Still having some of the same signs I had with my son. I plan on testing again in the morning if still no period. I'll let you all know. Thanks for your replies! |
Good luck, OP! Rooting for you! |
