Asleep by 9 and awake at 6:30-7. I worry that he doesn't get enough sleep but he naturally wakes up that early.

We aim for sleep by 8 during the school year, but it ends up being more like 8:30. Wake up between 7:15-7:30 - usually on his own. During the summer, however, he and older sis haven't been going down until 9 or 9:30 -- I've got to get it back under control -- 10 days to do it!

Our son will be 6 in October. Like others, he is in bed by 8:30, an asleep by 9:00. He usually gets up around 7:00.

For those of you that get your child to sleep by 8PM , what time do you get home from work? We get home at 6, eat dinner, and take a bath and it is already 8 by the time DD even gets to her room to go to sleep - then there is about an hour of her "reading" on her bed... and just avoiding sleep. The evening feels so rushed!

We skip the bath except on weekend nights. School nights either no bath, or a quick, 5 min shower if needed.

In bed at 7pm asleep by 7:30pm and 7am wakeup.

I get home b/t 5:30 and 6pm. Dinner is 15 to 20 mins. Shower is 10 mins. Then we read a chapter of her book, put on her music, and night night.
