Don't these guys prepare? WTH? The trumpkin nazi candidate is coming off as smooth as a used car salesman, and Ralph Northam, the sitting Lt Gov, is looking like a goofy hick who can't explain a coherent thought. And he sounds like he just fell off a peanut truck.

Agreed - I just watched the answers on Charlottesvile and Northam can barely even form a coherent thought. Meanwhile, Gillespie actually seemed pretty reasonable. I'm not rethinking my vote, but if I knew nothing about these people there's no way I'd be convinced.

OP, you're being a little too critical of Northam, I think. I mean, it wasn't the most charismatic performance, but I thought he held his own ok. But Chuck Todd totally bailed him out a bunch of times and kept Gillespie from stealing the show. At least we had a firendly moderator. I'd hate to think what it would've been like if someone from Fox had been moderating instead.
