Easy to use dashboard to explore school and subgroup PARCC scores

Recognizing that test scores are not the be all and end all, here's an easy way to look at PARCC scores by subgroups within schools. Interesting how the schools shake out when you look within subgroups; shows that overall school averages can be somewhat misleading.
