What about urinals? Also I don't really want men in the room with me while I'm undressing/going to the bathroom. Sorry. And I also don't want to deal with men shitting in my presence, which they do openly unlike most women.

Separate bathrooms are inefficient. We could have bathrooms with full walls and doors. Men's urine smells terrible to me. It's something hormonal. For that reason alone, I would rather have segregated bathrooms.
