Parents of teens/tweens: what did you do with your kid's baby teeth?

I've collected quite a few of my kids' baby teeth over the years but now that they're tweens, I'm thinking it's kind of gross to keep them around. But I feel so sad throwing them in the trash! Sigh.
Did you keep your kids' baby teeth, or dispose of them? |

| Threw them away. I can't imagine why I would want to keep them. |

| Every so often I find one of them under a radiator or somewhere weird where I had hidden it years ago as the tooth fairy. I chuck them. |

Do you know which tooth came from which kid? If so, maybe keep 1 or 2 for each kid (ask if they want them) and toss the rest.

| My DD is 20 and most of her teeth are stashed in a junk drawer in my dresser that I haven't cleaned in years. They will likely get thrown out whenever I get around to straightening it up. |

| Please throw them out. My sister and I are forever scarred because we were snooping around our parents bedroom one day and found a tin full of all our teeth. It was so freaking disgusting and I can never get that image of all those teeth out of my head. Just throw them away. |

| I save them. My mom saved ours and I found it fascinating to look at them when I was older. I'll give them to my kids when they're adults and they can throw them out if they wish, but they're too tiny and sweet for me to throw out. |
