Bags & dark circles for the next 18 years!?! HELP

I have constant bags and dark circles under my eyes (somewhat due to ethnicity). I'm mildly sleep-deprived, but I don't see that changing for the next 18 years until my baby goes off to college. Any suggestions for eye cream to help this? Preferably not too pricey, unless it's really, really good stuff. Thanks!

This is kind of expensive but the Shiseido Retinol Eye Masks do the trick. I don't use it daily- only after having a rough night or if I have the circles under my eyes.

OP - It's when your baby goes off to college that you really won't sleep!

OK, seriously, for the bags wear Frownies under the eye to bed. Inexpensive and have been around for years. You can get them online and also at Whole Foods. For the dark circles, Strivectin does an eye cream for that. You can get it online.

Any other eye creams should have caffeine as an ingredient - it reduces puffiness. Also, sleep with your head slightly elevated. A chilled spoon in the morning cupping the eye area will also reduce the bags.
