Coach or tutor recommendation for high school sophomore with executive function issues

DS is a rising sophomore who will have a challenging courseload and a varsity sport this year. He has done well so far but could use additional help on basics of time management, note taking, and study skills as his executive function levels are not the strongest. Does anyone have recommendations for a tutor or prep company in Rockville/Bethesda who is good at helping kids learn how to be more efficient and organized?

I've heard of Liz Ahmann but do not have any direct experience. There is Chesapeake ADHD Center in Silver Spring. They have ADHD coaches on staff. Again, no direct experience. I've looked into it because I think my child could use this but haven't pulled the trigger.
