Topaz house in Bethesda does short term leases. 3, 6, 9, 12 and 24. Illness, job, loss, relocation they let you break lease no fee.
Lots of doctors in building main level and doorman and front desk. valet and pool. Reasonable rent and walking distance metro. I lived threw nine months and noticed lots of older folk live there. |
