For the most part, you have to buy them from a store or website that will monogram them for a fee. I don't know of anyone who would monogram a product not their own. Maybe an independent seamstress? What are you looking to have monogrammed?

Not sure about the quality, but I've also seen kiosks at some malls that will monogram anything you bring them. Otherwise, I'd maybe suggest posting an ad on craiglist for someone with a sewing machine. Everyone is looking for a few extra dollars these days.
